Ingredients

330g Peking Flavoured Duck Breast

The Original Peking Duck Pastry 130g

80g Hoisin Sauce

Salad

Spring onions (cut into 6cm lengths)

Cucumber (cut into 6cm lengths)

Method

Heat the Duck: Microwave duck breasts for 3½ minutes* and slice the meat.

Prepare Vegetables: Slice spring onions and cucumber into thin 6cm batons.

Serve the Sauce: Empty the hoisin sauce into a small dish.

Heat the Pastry: Microwave The Original Peking Duck Pastry for 1 minute*.

Set the Table: Arrange all items on a platter for everyone to assemble their own wraps.
